Sinners Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to you now, asking that you would forgive me of my sins. I realize that I need a Savior. I believe that you sent Jesus to save me of my sins by dying on the cross for me. I believe Jesus is your Son and that He died on the cross and rose from the dead and is now seated with you in Heaven.

Lord Jesus, I ask you to come into my heart. Change me from the inside out. Be Lord of my life. I repent of my sins. Help me to read the Bible daily, to pray daily and to attend church regularly. I ask that you would lead me in the direction that you would have me take and not my own.

Lord, I ask that you would show me the Truth. I don't want to be taught falsely. Help me to learn your word and to do it. Lord send your people to help me along the way. Help me not to look at how other Christians may be living, but at how you would have me live.

Lord, please give me the strength and the power to flee temptation. Help me to give up the things that I may not want to give up on my own, but that I would want to give them up for you. Lord, help me to live a righteous life so that others will see you in me. And that they would want what I now have.

Thank you Lord for saving me from Hell.
